To use the Time Master II as a time card calculator, do the
following:
- Enter the employee's start time and press [Begin]
- Enter the employee's end time and press [End]
- Press [Duration]
- Save the result to memory (for later addition) by
pressing [Stor]
The time for multiple shifts can be added together. Break
times can be easily subtracted. Payroll pay totals can then be
calculated by multiplying by the employee's pay rate.
